Our team of knowledgable "surveyors" are highly experienced in analysing both the outside and inside of buildings.They are equipped with all the necessary tools to produce photographic reports and CAD plans, and to identify the characteristics of the electrical installations and the urban environment. This information is made available to you on your own workflow management platform or on that of the APIA Group.

Within each project sale, various people are designated to monitor authorisations from the town hall and other authorities and to assist you with any legal or other administrative aspects of the project.
